Manip needed for new layout

Hello, so I will be getting a new layout coded by TM ranch and the only problem is that she doesn't have time to make a manip and code the layout as the Christmas holidays will be way to busy. However, she is willing to code the layout for me if I can find someone to make me a manip!!

I would be looking the following in my manip

- Blue Roan QH (If you can not find a blue roan, then either a chestnut or a black horse will do just fine) 
- Text must be fancy, and Tall Oaks for the text please and thank you
- Background image, of myself and Leroy would be amazing (Image options are below)



I am not sure how much manips are as everyone's prices are different, if your willing and if you are interested in this please post your examples of your work below as well as what you would charge for a manip.
