ISO Club Tag for the Chincoteague Breeders Club!

Am hoping to pay around $100,000 or so for this small little club tag for members to have on their profile.
Would like to have "Chincoteague Breeders Club" written on it and a horse's head on either side looking at the writing, preferably using the official Chincoteague art on here. Tack is unnecessary.
