Paying $5 million EVD for Character

I am in search of a Character. I am wanting something pretty specific actually, well in a way. 

What I am wanting is a Paint character(male or female doesn't matter) but instead of average markings I want markings that sort of look like clouds. Realistic lines for sure! Color doesn't really matter as long as the cloud markings are white. I do not mind if other things are put on like dapples or sooty type coloring, whatever you think is going to be amazing! 

It would be cool if there was some type of add on - whether it be antlers, horns, jewelry, or something else. Use your imagination. 

So, I would love this to be done on custom lines but if you don't have the ability to do that and can find some killer free to use lines then maybe that will work.

If I am interested in having you do this I will most likely ask to see which lines you would be using or if you are planning to make custom ones(will require to see previously done custom lines).
