Design Revamp [Frosted]

Hai! 

I'm hoping someone would be interested in being commissioned to revamp this lovely design I bought off of Sib a few years ago since this is the only ref I have and it's quite small!

Pricing not an issue but I'd prefer to pay in EVC! Please post if you're interested, and I'll PM the person I'd like to commission. 

A bit of what I expect:
1. Free to use lines or lines you create are fine... doesn't matter to me
2. Horse must remain a draft (Gypsy style breed line art)
3. Sib (AshleyInspirations) must be left as credit on the revamp
4. Flat color is best for the design but if you want to use shaded work for the ref, I'm fine with that too!
5. I do want the recolor of this design to be quality, which is why I'm not doing it myself since I can't do appies to save my life! : )
