Design improvement :D

I've been colouring lots of designs lately and I'm finally starting to see some improvement! :D Thought I'd share my most recent creation. (This is only half its full size!) I don't think I want to keep him, so I might sell; hesitant because he's awfully simple. owo

I know I still need to improve on those spots (around the belly), but I would love some feedback on how to better my designs. c:

Ehh. I admit I love them too, but I already have enough characters. *^* I must try colouring a Seal Bay next!
