ISO: Someone to turn this tag into a character c:

I got this pretty thing from Sessas tag sale, and I'm hoping to get it made into a real character c:

I need someone willing to sort of "make up" the body part, so that it matches the head.

Some creative freedom could be added with markings and such.

I love pretty add ons, if anyones feeling creative c:

Single or double sided is fine

Free or custom lines are fine, as long as credit is given.

Please please please let me know pricing and provide examples. I'm feeling picky, and want someone who's going to be proficient at the blending of the colors and making the whole thing flow c:

I'll take a crack at it I have some ideas ^.^ I think I could make it hypothetically look good. 

I could give it a shot and if you liked it we could work a price out so your not locked into anything

Nah it's alright, those are cool colors and if you hate it I will probably enjoy it and keep it so withwr way I win lol
