Super proud to announce!

So I’m Daphne101 on here and I started a goal before I graduated high school in May that by the new school year for college I would be healthier and exercise more. I’m proud to announce that since I record my weight and all and I’ve been exercising and trying to be healthier over the summertime. I looked in my weight journal and app and I’ve lost almost 25 pounds since May to now with eating right and taking the dogs for walks and runs (even though I vowed to never run unless something was chasing me XD but that’s just a little thing I’m happy to announce. I still haven’t reached my end goal but I’m working towards it. Let me just say there’s been days where I just wanna give up on it but I pushed through the sweat, tears and exhaustion. But that’s all I wanted to announce tonight since it made me happy.

Amazing job! Send some of that motivation my way please, lol!

Awww thank you Evermore! You are so welcome I figured it could be an inspiration for others as well. To say never give up. To me not being able to do a mile and it taking forever to me now walking/running 4 miles in a hour.
