I'm working on a new tag, usually they don't get to much interest so I'm trying something a little different. Please, give me the brutal truth. I can stand it, I love hearing what people think to help me improve.
{I'm using GIMP | latest version}
This is a work in progress, I'll try to post updates as I go. Well, here we go...


1.

Again, very rough. Yes. The legs on the foal are kinda suppose to be like that btw. >.<
^^need to fix hind legs

2.

^^I tried to fix the hind legs a bit, I added a simple quick bg. I'm still working on the bg now.

i think if you could make it a little less fuzzy ( could be just my eyes) but i think if you fixed it up a bit more and shaded in the background to make it look more realistic it could be a real money maker! other than that i think its good! XD

My only thing, you say the legs should be like that, yes, but there should, imo, be a leeetle more contour to them.

Thank you!! I will remember that as I go, I feel it's a little late to fix that now without restarting practically everything... I will remember that if I redo the tag at some point or for the next one I do!

The subset is gorgeous and it is a really cool idea! I would just practice more with horse anatomy and use another image to base you're drawing off of. Don't trace, but it can really help to have something to look at while you draw.

Sno, to make the lines less blurry around the edges clean it up with a size 1 square brush.

I have tried that, I actually am using a size 1 brush to draw it. I can't without having blank spaces in the lines. I'm hoping at tag size it'll look better.
