The horse market isn't great and I was really disappointed when I couldn't sell this guy by the time he was 2 weeks old:

Fine, I thought. He's the only child of both his dam and his sire, so at least I'll have their lines through him, even if I don't really want to keep him (I already had too many males at the time). 

But this boy...he is a BEAST at showing. His fifth birthday is tomorrow and he's already closing in at placing 100 times. I was disappointed that he wasn't a filly, disappointed when I couldn't sell him, and now I wouldn't part with him for anything! (:
