Turning a Equiverse horse into a character?

hey all! So I am not sure of the rules of this and I don’t know if it’s even allowed, but I want to commission someone to make a character for me using one of my game horses but I just don’t know the rules of it. I checked the rules and there wasn’t anything that I saw that didn’t say I couldn’t use my game horses for characters but I just don’t know the exact rules about that kind of stuff.

<sup>Depending on the horse I guess? You would not be allowed to have a direct copy of tobiano markings or breed pose for example but a simple bay shade (not colour picked) wouldn't be in violation of copyright.  It would fall under copyright law, as Equiverse copyrights it's game assets and there would be artist copyright also.
