ISO of a simple and elegant Layout

Hey there! I am currently in search of getting myself a layout to spice up my home page a little bit! I really like the look of Olympia's layout as its really pretty! https://www.equiverse.com/account.php?id=115391 I would like something like hers but with a few more things added on!

I would be looking for something simple yet elegant and something that fits my stable, I am a QH breeder that breeds quality QH that are showed and trained in the western discipline and I would like a layout that really describes my stable! 

I would like 5 expandable text boxes
I would like the text to be similar to what Olympia has on her layout (If that's possible)
I have all the pictures that I want on my layout.
