First Try At A Character Help

This is my first attempt at a character and I am pretty proud. I would love critiques and tips! It was created using a free to use lineart and my own coloring. If I did customs based on refs could I sell these and for how much? Thank you for your time! ^^

These are really good for a first attempt. You got the layers the right way round and used the magic wand tool well! (either that or you did some neat colouring inside the lines)

Some tips:
- Natural hooves are either tan or greyish brown.
- A small white dot in the eye makes it more realistic and look 'alive'.
- Some grey or pink around the eye and muzzle makes the colouring more realistic.
- when drawing sports/appaloosa patterns, make the pattern go to the edge of the lineart so it looks more natural.

I personally wouldn't buy a custom on free lines but that's just because it's not what I'm specifically looking for (more interested in tags/sigs atm).

Glad I've helped! Maybe charge 25-50k, it depends on the complexity of the character you're recolouring :)
