I have come up with the pastel breed.
here are two examples



They come in dark colors such as black and deep gray, and EXTREMELY rarely, Dark brown. The spot colors can be any bright/pastelish color. They come in chibi ,draft,pony, mythical, and light horse. They do not ever have pinto/paint markings.
