Foundations and desirable ns stats

What do people usually have as a limit for ns (non speciality stats) when it comes to foundations they have bought from the equine center for showing? Is there a set amount one should only have for showing, like a highest number? I have found some of mine, and the prettier cream gened ones so far, seem to suffer from having 60 or so ns stats! Suggestions?

I like to keep NSS below 60, though I have a few herds with lower requirements. 

My Racing Arabians, for example, need 55 or less, though I prefer less than 53. 

You can reduce NSS by pairing them off carefully. Confessor made a post about it here. It does only decrease NSS by a max of 3 of per generation, but something is better than nothing :)

Thanks for the help. I have a few who I dont really want to cull due to being cream dilutes that are over 60 nss, but i will work on getting them down of course.
