Seeking mentor

Hello all!

Hopefully this is in the right place.

Many things have changed since I last played in v.1 and I am still working on finding my footing here.

I was wondering if perhaps someone would be willing to help me better understand how training works? It seems when searching for training, each place gives a different return even if they are in the same price range. There are other questions too but I don't want to overwhelm anyone with all of them at once.

Are you talking about the experience amount you get in return from training? 

That will vary always, but you will get the most exp when you train in the correct discipline and grade level.
