*Editable trades?

I’m not really sure if this has been suggested or already exists, but here goes.

Currently, there seams to be no way of editing a trade. If a mistake is made, such as a spelling error, players need to cancel the hole trade in order to fix it.
What do you think?
Would adding the ability to edit a trade be helpful, or would it just get in the way?

I think it should be editable up until someone makes an offer. Or editing it cancels all the offers. Or someone could offer a trade, someone could offer then the person offering the trade could change it and except the offer. Basically scamming someone. It would be nice to have but that's the only way it could work

Oh no! I would NEVER want anything like that.
Editing a trade should automatically cancel existing offers on that trade.
