Physical Description: this cute little dragon-like creature is tiny. Less than twelve inches tall, and over two feet long, the tiny dragon is a deep green colour, with multiple purple scales splattered across his body. His eyes are a bold yellow-green colour, and the tips of his surprisingly long ears are painted black. The end of his tail holds feather-like "flippers", which the little twerp uses to effectively swim in rivers, but it can only stay in water for so long, or it will die from just being wet. He has small little legs, with tiny paws. However his sharp teeth make up for his small little body. He has wings, though he can't "fly" with them. In fact, these creatures are known as "cloud hoppers"- the term coming from their ability to jump from one open space of air to another. 

Personality Description: the creature itself is a known prankster, but loves attention and is also known to find a friend and follow them around. Regardless of the fact these dragons hate being with their kind, they love almost every other creature, and has been known to pester people nonstop for attention.
