This suggestion has been marked as "Added To The Game". Thank you, ʥ Drop Zone, for the suggestion and to those of you who supported for making Equiverse better!
I am unsure if this has been brought up, sorry if it has.
With the update that does not show horses traits, example, at or atat without a genotype put on them and tweak of not searching by horses color instead of dna type I am finding it hard to find horses for sale that I want. for example, today I was looking for seal brown qh. nothing showed up, but when i did a general search i found 5 or so. I took a long break from the game because of these issues and I was hoping they would be fixed. It looks like the market has crashed as there is only 5 pages of horses for sale in the paint category. there used to be so many, and the rc has dissolved into nothing. I am not sure why these things have happened but I do know it makes it hard to play the game when i can't find the right stud or horse up for sale/ Has this issue been addressed or is there something i am missing?
if not, i think we should be able to look up horses by color or have the genotypes show up in the search results again. or if there is another idea to fix this that would work too
THANKS EVERYONE!

The main issue I see with posting genotypes would be that it might be a quick way to avoid having to pay to have your horse's genotype tested. Maybe if it only showed up for horses that had already been tested?
If the existing genotype search is not working, maybe that should be reported, rather than trying to add another feature on top of something that is already broken.
...
On further inspection, I don't see where the malfunction is. I did searches for Quarter Horses using the four genotype combinations that produce seal brown (EEAtAt, EEAta, EeAtAt, EeAta) and found seven that said "seal brown" in their color description, and many more that had the seal brown hidden under a modifier such as dun or a double cream, so the brown was there, just called by a different name.
If you want to screen out the modifiers, and find only pure seal brown horses without anything extra, you will have to go through all the options and select the genes that do not express the modifier (such as chch or gg). That will hopefully give you the result you are looking for. It is a little time consuming, but it does work.
