Desirable Genes in Quarter Horses?

What genes are desirable in QH? I am trying to price some of mine and my pricing formula includes a desirable gene factor.
I presume solids are desirable also?

For me personally, I do not buy quarter horses with a pinto gene. Any of them. The only white they are allowed to have in my breeding program are leg markings and face markings. Grey is also a no for me, although it isn't a complete no if the horse has desirable conformation or stats, however if it is GG, I will always pass. 

For desirable genes. Basically everything allowed in the quarter horse breed is what I like. Rabicano (especially RbRb), roan, silver, flaxen and champagne. Along with any brown based coat.
