Okay so I saw in another thread that someone mentioned having foals in the 1000+ stat ranges in just a second generation foal. I'd love some tips on how one might achieve this? At this point I am hay cubing, schooling and training my horses until they max out their training level, then having them compete every second day with riding school on the non showing day... They will not be being haycubed when I start showing, they'll get their appropriate discipline treats and will have been converted to the planned discipline...

Honestly, every foundation horse that Iβve raised and showed usually ends their life somewhere in the range of 800-1000 stats, with a few exceptions that end up above or below that mark.Β This mareΒ I had ended up above 1000 stats. To be honest I donβt recall if I got her at 0 or as a 3 year old, I do remember she was an RC horse though. I never haycubed her, just fed her proper treats her whole life. Virtually all of my showable second gens are ending their lives in the ballpark of 1300 stats. I agree with Feathered, haycubing every day and then converting sounds expensive and I personally donβt find it worthwhile.

the highest I've gotten a foundie to is 1226, he was created as a 0 year old and cubed/converted at 3 so he was already in the N2/N3 range by the time he was ready to show. I'd say maybe 70% of my foundies pass the 1000 stat mark in their lifetime, and maybe 15-20% pass 1100 (most of the time these are also foals that I bought at 0 years old, unless they have less than 50 non-specs).

Thanks for the advice. I never seem to get foundations who do well enough in shows to get the stats boost... Guess I'll give that another go this time.Β

I am going to be honest, most of my foundations end up between the 800-900 stat range. This is with alternating showing and riding school. The only way I really get above 900 often is if I buy at 0 and cube until 3 and then convert. A lot of people say getting foundations to 1000 stats is easy but I have not figured that part out yet. Most of my 2nd gens are born between 400-500 stats.Β

Mine are the same as Olympea but then I dont Hay cube my horses even before 3yo. the 3rd gens should have about 650 plus stats then 4th about 800. It'll be about 5th gen when the foals are born with 1k stats consistantly (assuming the paired parents are both the same gen) but to speed things up you can pair the foals with a more established (longer lined & higher graded horses) mate. You can get 1k foals by the 3rd gen using this method... Perhaps even the 2nd gen if you used a 2-2.5k stat plus mate though I havent tried this personally.

Out of my foundations that have made it to 21-22 the ones I got straight from the EC all made it to at least 900 stats, no hay cubing, most of the ones I bought from other players only made it to 750-900. I have a three that I got at 0 that have made it over 1000 the highest being 1060. I have 10 foundations I got at 0 and hay cubed until they hit R1 the highest is currently at 1023 and 19 years old, the rest are over 948, I'm hopeful the two highest ones might hit 1100.
