Where can you find the pony Plushes?

I'm not exactly sure where people get these from, do they show up in the General Store, on Leisure Rides, and/or from The Fountain? I'd like to know so I can keep an eye out!

You can buy the basic plushies in the store, others you can get from the fountain, or the junkyard. Other members (such as myself) have them from previous years when they'd come in for the day it was for (Christmas plush on Christmas), celebratory plushy when EV turned 5 (2011). Others can be bought off members, their used to be a birthday plushy you could buy from the credit store but it doesn't seem it's able to be bought anymore.

Ah, handy to know. Does this mean that some of the plushes are retired now and pretty much unobtainable do they appear periodically again? Either way I think I might try and stalk the store now for whatever I can get my hands on.
