I bought a horse and it shows I own it but its locked so I cant move its division. How do I fix it?

Did it come with the tack? Try removing it all... then moving it to a new division before adding it back. That worked for me a while back.

Just use the edit button on the page that lists all of your horses, and move it to another division. That will remove the lock.
