Okay, so I am new here, but I have an idea that I would like to throw in. 
I was reading up on what certain levels let you do, and there is a gap between level 6 and 30, correct? 
What do you think of your level affecting the type of things you can find on the leisure ride, to have the level have some other purpose? 

In addition to this, maybe some new areas can be added and be unlocked as you level up?

I would also like to add that maybe the horse's training level and/or grade could also affect what you could get from leisure riding.

Oh, yes that would certainly add more variety to that feature. 

And maybe a couple of different scenerios; one where using a higher level horse or being at a higher level has a very rare chance to come across a stray horse you can keep or sometimes the riders you come across is a random person from your friend list?

And also, maybe some things that can happen that may increase or decrease the horses happiness?
