I accidently check marked the box that comes up when you're dumping a horse at the RC and now it won't let me dump a horse at the RC. :( I think it may be something to do with my laptop, as I was able to dump said horse with my phone.Β 

But, how do I fix this? Is it something to do with my account or do I have to get my laptop fixed?

I'd say try clearing cache and cookies for your browser - that may unstick the option.
