Blinks Back, and Art Question

Hi All!

I have been on an unexpected hiatus for roughly 9 months! I am super sorry to anyone I left hanging and also the group I am apart of High Conformation Club. Lets try to get back into this hey.

Life got in the way..
I got engaged, to be married March 2019.
I completed my Jockey Apprenticeship.
Sold my house
Had a few falls
Lost my nerve to race ride
Got my jockey license restricted
Took a job as Stable Foreman
Fiance lost his job
Also took a job as a Stable Foreman

Now..
We may be buying or at least leasing a riding school
I will be retiring as a jockey and taking up giving lessons and teach children to ride instead. 
Retraining racehorses and selling them on to wonderful homes.

IT's all happening.

ANYWAY.
I want to get back into my digital art and also photography so I have photoshop however I am looking for some sort of drawing thing that I can draw onto and it'll go into photoshop. Cause I can't for the life of my draw with a mouse. 
So do I buy a tablet? Or is there some sort of tablet I can connect to the computer for this?
Come on guys, help a brethren out? haha

as for the drawing thing, you can either buy a drawing tablet something like this, or you can buy a tablet like an iPad Pro or something. I use a Windows Surface Tablet that doubles as a computer, but I'd recommend getting a drawing tablet if you already have a computer.

I (well my sister, she lets me use it) has a Wacom Cintiq tablet and it's quite amazing I HIGHLY recommend it
