*moans* Anybody seen the aloe vera?

Oh my Stars and gardens, I love to face paint, but my shoulders, and neck are burnt to a crisp. 

Before you ask, yes. I did apply liberal amount of sunscreen and reapplied it several times.

I know that pain! It’s always the worst. Aloe Vera in the fridge, and cool, but not cold, showers, to help pull the heat out, are life savers! And ibuprofen for when it becomes unbearable xD 

I'm with nebula, I keep my aloe in the fridge, unless it's straight from the plant (but I accidentally killed my aloe plant soo....). I've been blessed this year. so far *knocks on wood* i haven't burnt. I've been super close, but not burnt. 

I got two aloe vera plants and a cool shower felt like heaven. I'm super fair and require 70+ spf to keep from burning; sadly forgot it and was forced to use my 45 spf backup from the backpack. Didn't quite work though. 😒

Ouch! Been there, done that. I have been using sunscreen 100 for that reason. 

I am fair too, aloe vera and cold showers was my friends, big time.

I got a few sunburns this year but usually after a day or two I just turn tan. I never peel or anything. I have friends who can be outside for 5 minutes and burn..and my husband is a red head so he burns everytime we do anything outside even if he does wear sunblock. 

Use aloe + lidocaine if you can :) 

Ouch! I feel the pain! I like to use Noxema...I find it pretty soothing.
