Tekes

#185835 Posted on 2018-08-21 19:12:55

I've decided to get a line of Tekes but I want opinions should I have them do jumping, dressage, or racing? Or should I have a handful of them in each one?

If you want to start a with SJ Teke's, I have a stud, and his newborn filly I can let you have. :)

I would recommend starting out with a little bit of each just so you get a taste of which community you like best c:
I'm a part of the dressage Teke community and we could always use more players with us!
I'm willing to give up a horse and a custom breeding to you for free as a starter. If you end up not wanting them anymore, just send them back c:

Feathered Gold - I'd be very interested in your filly. Let me know how much you'd like for her :D

RemRem - I like your idea. I think I will do that :)Β I would be happy to help with some dressage Teke. I would be interested in a bred foal or 2 from you. And I would pay you :)

If you really can't decide, go and create all herd in EC, I'd suggest to create as many horses as you want to have (for example, 20 mares and 20 stallions) and see which discipline they fit the best and then maybe cull the ones that don't fit your breeding program and add more. That way you'll decrease costs.

They can also turn out like mine did - half in one discipline, half in another c:

If you have some horses on sales that you keep an eye on and all are in the same discipline, buying them may be good way to start.

Having a bunch in each discipline may cause problems with breeding, your horses may be too close related after some generations.
