sorry.....you gave others some time so I thought you would allow me some time as well.......work is busy. Starting it now....

Silver, this is supposed to be something you do in your free time not claim for when you have free time, people do get time to complete their entries I don't want to be a slave driver but please don't claim a design if you don't have any time at that point.

Silver, that's why I wait until I know I have time to actually sit and do stuff, and I am taking Arty's suggestion and making a folder and creating designs ahead of time specfically for this thread. Its a great suggestion, time saver, and it keeps things moving too, and prevents the time limit warning.

I realize the only reason I wasn't exactly reprimanded, is because in the beginning, there wasn't a time limit, and I was not courteous and went off to bed without finishing my design. (Mind you, my health plays a role in when I go to bed sometimes these days, and that's what happened the first night. I should have -at least- edited my post to say something.

@ snoglobe, Magnolia, Mag Pie, & Silver: you've all been doing good designs but they seem fairly simple. Please challenge yourself to spend an extra 10 minutes on your future entries. I'm excited to see you guys improve! :D

I am still figuaring out my art program........my first design was challenging for me so if you have any recommendations on brushes to get soft looks let me know....sorry........

Silver, maybe use a hard edged brush, and a MINIMAL smudging or bluring around the edges, not enough to BLUR the markings, but enough so that the markings aren't so harsh?

@ Silver: Don't apologize! I'm just asking you to take some more time and see if you can tweak your designs some more before posting them. Try to make them interesting, challenge yourself, have fun :D

But yeah, a soft edged brush can help when you're trying to blend and a hard edged one for paint markings :)
