Could you redline what you mean? I'm a little confused. My tablet is new and I'm still learning how to use it. :)

There is a rather old but still useful tutorial I posted here that shows how to clean up your pixel lines. It's kind of an exhausting process but basically you want to avoid pixels doubling up so they form corners or areas that look like steps.
