SCJF - Donations, Admins, Promotions

In our latest newsletter it has been announced that Andromeda will no longer be participating in the club, so I have taken over. Due to this, we are in need of extra hands! Information about administrative duties and requirements can be found in this post, as well as a form to fill out and message to my main account (94343) in order to apply for a position. I will be needing to fill at least 2 more admin positions by this weekend, so please get your applications in quick! If you applied for the previous position and are still interested, please shoot me another message stating so (you will not need to resubmit the form as I have them saved in my messages). Please also note that you do not have to meet all of the requirements for the position, but the more the merrier.

Donations

I have redesigned Andromeda's sponsorship program into the kickstarter program, which is essentially the same thing but the requirements and items you'll receive are a bit different. Before this program can officially take place, we need donations. Anything and everything will help us tremendously, and we appreciate every donation we receive (check out our donations section of our homepage to recognize those who have helped us already).

If you have any spares of the following items laying around, please consider sending them our way and helping us out!:

- EVD

- Foundation chincoteague horses trained in the show jumping discipline with a conformation average no less than 55.0

- 5/5 show jumping tack including tail guards and splint boots

- carrot bunches

- bags of yellow apples

Maple has kindly offered to pair up the Cream Horse Society with our club!

For one week only, any member of the SJCF who has a horse already registered with our club can double register them with the Cream Horse Society and your registration fee can either be refunded for you to keep, or you can choose to have it donated to our club to help raise money for the kickstarter program and contest prizes. Please make sure your horse has "DONATE" in it's public notes upon applying for registration. For every 10 horses registered with the cream horse society, the cream horse society will donate 2 sets of 5/5 show jumping tack, splint boots, and tail guards, 10 bags of yellow apples, and 10 bunches of carrots to help with our kickstarter program. 

Your horse must already be registered with the SJCF and meet all cream club requirements. There is a max of three horses per member.

We have also paired up with Kimtia's Contest for the Better club. Any horses entered in the CFTB's august contest that are registered in the SJCF will receive an additional 5k in prize money should they place in the contest.

The Show Jumping Chincoteague Federation will happily reward 10k to any member who participates in either promotion (cream horse society or contest for the better) so long as you have proof of your participation.
