Foal Training Options Discovery - Doh!

I have literally just noticed today while training foals that sometimes there is the option to pick a different training other than "lunging" For example "Tack training" "Road Training"  "Desensitisation" & pos "Loading Training" and another I forget.

My question is 2 parted :)

Part 1 - do the different types of training affect gameplay (though I suspect not)

Part 2 - wouldn't it be cool if it did but only a teenie tiny amount IE your horse could get stressed in a show a little if you didn't do much desensitisation or maybe it is hard to load if you didn't do enough load training etc
