ISO A Bunch of Credits

i’m in need of some credits but am not hoping to have to pay the current market price for them, so if anyone has any amount of credits they’re looking to sell i’d be happy to pay anything under 70k per credit. i need at least 10 of them but would be happy to take more, i have about 1 mill to spend on some.
