How to use Spectral Draught?

Can anyone explain to me how to use the spectral draught? Don't all horses die at 22? I just went to use it and realized it isn't possible to use on any of my horses? Thanks! 

I just checked the credit shop and in the description of the spectral draught it states: “You can only do this if they died under the age of 22.” So I assume that means horses that died early due to malnourishment (players who progressed their accounts continuously without feeding their horses).

Isla is correct. If you do not take care of your horses after a week? i believe it is, they will die. A lot of times this is on purpose but before account progression this used to be a bigger problem if members couldnt' get on for some reason
