ISO: Custom tag and layout

I and new to the deluxe membership and am looking for a custom tag and maybe a page layout. I have some credits and EVD so if you can design for me, i can pay with whatever i have. If the price is too outrageous i may just do the tag. Message me for any information or offers you have. Thank you!
