The Whole DA HARGP Thing?

So I've been really interested in getting into the whole DA HARPG thing but I literally cannot find a briefing on how to being anywhere. When I tried to hop on the band wagon about two years ago I type up my stable details and joined the group HobbyHARPG but ;-; I don't know where to go from there. The HobbyHARPG page is so dead, yet I see people uploading new horses every day, offering breedings, etc etc etc. I'm coming to you guys because I assume at least one of you is into it/know the jist. I'd just really like to know how I can get involved.
