Can Club Admins Create Newsletters?

As the title suggests! I can create them as an Owner but I have appointed an Admin to my club & naturally we decided it best if they introduced themselves to the club in their own words rather than me just adding a footnote at the end of the monthly update. (Yes I could have them send me their stuff & subsequently create it for them but I thought there may be a better solution!)

I checked help but it only said what Admins couldn't do not what they could do. Either way creating newsletters weren't mentioned so we assumed it would be ok. However its not. For some reason they are unable to create one. I wonder if this is a bug or can they just not do it??

I am aware of only being able to write 2 a week but the time stamp from the previous letter is well past 7 days now.

Any suggestions would be helpful :)

They can, I'm Admin of the Miniature Horse Club and I'm able to make newsletters. If an Admin can't create newsletters, that's definitely a bug.

I can create newsletters for AMHA as well so it is a bug.
