Anyone doing SJ TBs?

#16956 Posted on 2016-03-09 00:02:19

Just thought I'd see who else might be going this route, I just bought a bunch of store pairs and decided to set em all in Showjumping, just to do something different with the breed, but I'd love to hear what other people are up to with their TBs c:

I am. I have alot of Racing but ended up buying some store pairs for SJ. I have an older pair who ive bred twice now so i have 2nd generation TB SJ. Its slow but a fun challenge because not many do it with their TBs.

Im the same as Cadillac, most of my TBs are in Racing but I do have a number of SJ foundations & even a few Driving TBs due to the recode no breeds change over but I may phase those out into a different discipline for their offspring... who knows!

@Cadillac That's awesome! I love your horse Rainy Day actually, I can't tell you how long I sat trying to get some pure black TBs for my foundation line with NO LUCK, practically all bays. I'm glad also I'm not the only one actively breeding them as I was getting quite bored with Racing being the popular option.

@Old Oak yay for more SJ TBs! And Driving TBs actually sounds interesting, but either way I'm glad some people are exploring some other opportunities with the breed!
