I checked out under the help section regarding borders and if they stop paying for whatever reason. It says that there is a button at the bottom of the 'view stables' page, but I can't find one, should I want to evict the unpaid boarder.

I don't think the button shows up unless you actually have unpaid boarders to evict.

Confessor is correct. You can only evict once the board goes to negative, and then a button will appear at the very bottom of your stable page.
