I rarely sell any of my horses, however, after a serious barn overhaul, I am currently offering up a large number of horses for sale and broodmares for lease. ALL horses are high statted and include a 414 stat new born filly and a few 400+ stat 3 yr olds..

BROODMARE LEASE

Here's how the leasiing works:

1 All mares have a "base" lease fee posted in the notes section at the bottom of their individual pages. ( its generally half the horse's stats x 100)
2. If you own your stallion, there would be no stud fee. Otherwise, you would be required to send me the stud fee to pay for the breeding to the outside stud you have chosen.
3 I then breed the care to your selected stud.
4 Once the foal is born, a 'foal fee' will then be calculated ( base foal stats x 100)
5 You would then place a bid on the foal as per the 'foal fee' guidelines, to purchase it.

eg of the payment system:

mare's total stats 800. 1/2 total stats =400 x 100= $40000= base brood lease

stud fee: (if applicable)** if its your own stud, there would be no fee.**
eg. stud fee 50K

foal born with 300 birth stats: 300/2=150x 100= 15000 foal fee ( bid on foal to transfer it to you)
total: 40K base lease + 50K stud fee+ 15K foal fee =95K

** I dont not make any guarantees as to birth stats or colour of foal**
** If foal fee is not sent, I retain possession of the foal and I am free to do with it as I please ( keep it, sell it )
** there are no refunds, after breeding** You forfeit your base lease and stud fee ( if applicable**
