Hello, so 2 of my horses are locked, I do not know why, how can I unlock them? Thanks for the help

Horses need to be in a division to be unlocked. Simply transfer to a division and lock then unlock it. This should unlock your horse(s). If it doesn't work then submit a ticket and we will look into the issue further =)
