Teke foundy broodmare, 800+ stats, drsge/rcing

I have a gorgeous foundation teke mare that I'm offering for brood.

Her currents stats are 800+ and dressage oriented however for my own breeding purposes she'll be converted to racing.

You have the choice between using her as a dressage broodmare or as a racing broodmare.(I'd cover the cost of conversion since I need it done anyway). She'll be available from now until the day before she turns 20 (just over three weeks) and I'm only offering 1 brood cover preferred to an established teke breeder. 

This cover will cost 40k. Let me know if you're interested in doing service trade or foal swap instead (her mate).

If you want her converted to racing PM BEFORE sending the brood cover request so I don't accidentally accept before converting.
