Club Owners?

Didn't there used to be like.... 'official' clubs and they had a president that was elected every month or something?
And weren't they like the game breed ones? Are those non-existant anymore?

I'm looking at the TWH club, says owner needs a new Deluxe account. Thought it would just kick them from being the leader or someone could take over.

No Official breed clubs anymore. Which in my opinion was a bad decision because now a lot of breed clubs sit unusable because the owner doesn't have deluxe. That's also the second iteration of the TWH club because the previous one was closed by the owner due to lack of activity(that was in my opinion caused by too high registration requirements).

Would it be allowed to have a new TWH club?

I've honestly seriously thought about creating a new TWH club myself. If you do a look there are a couple other breeds that have two or more breed clubs, so I think it's perfectly fine to make another.

If anyone makes a new TWH club let me know; I'd really like to be a participant of a functioning TWH club.

I also agree with champagne I think that creating a new TWH club is totally kosher.
