ISO: qh foundation broodmare

Looking for foundation qh broodmare.

Must have/be:
-western trained
-have at least 700 stats
-be a foundation
-have less than 63 non-spec stats

Will pay 80k+ for the breeding. Would like to be able to breed asap.

*edit - neither one are foundations; though I did find this girl sitting at 686, and is a foundation.
