*Likes and comments for horses

I'd rather essentially "follow" horses to be notified if they are ever listed for sale, trade, auction or for breeding. And I would maybe consider listing a horse if I saw a lot of followers.

I really like this bc so many times have I seen a great horse and wanted to compliment the owner about the horse, but I don't want to PM them bc it's not a big deal, so I've thought of comments for horses so many times. Plus, with likes, we can see what the most common horse that's sought after is.
