Apart from sending them a message, no theres is not. (:

I would (if I was in this situation) check to see when they were last on. If they have been active recently or are an active player, then I would kick them out. Hiwever if they haven't been able to pay because ghey have not been on, then I would give them a ten day time period to come back on and pay. But thats just me. (;
