I have bought some lined horses but want to change the discipline.

I would personally advise strongly against converting the specialty stats of lined horses. When you convert horses from one specialty to another their birth stats stay the same, only the gained stats move.

With your under threes, since you are giving haycubes, if you choose a discipline you don't want (like western) then convert them back to show jumping at the age of 3 you'll see the best results (competition speaking).
