So this is pretty old (3 years, duuuude), but I think it can still be helpful to the world. If there's enough interest in an updated version, I'd be happy to make one.

Alchemy's Pixel Tag Tutorial (using MS Paint)

You can make things like my tag *points to the right*

You're welcome! Glad to help.

Here is a very useful link on pixel textures. I've found it to be extremely helpful.

When you are getting rid of your lines, do you just erase each grey pixel? Or is there a quicker way to do this? How did you get from the grey picture that you took with your phone to the nice grey background? This tutorial was super helpful by the way! :)

Yup! I set the eraser on the biggest setting to get rid of large areas then go through with the smallest pixel brush to finish it up. Sometimes I don't bother to clean up the grey and just start coloring...I'm lazy.

How do you get the big areas out without taking out the lines you already drew?

Misty: You just need to be careful when you're erasing.

Sib: ME TOO! I miss her. And thank you!
