Flyers on Cars?

Okay y'all. So I'm trying to expand my dog walking business at the moment, but I can't really afford to pay for expensive advertising. I've been doing research and I've found that putting flyers on cars is legal as long as it's not on private property. So I'm thinking about going to my local public dog park to advertise, but I wanted some opinions first. I know that some people really hate getting advertisements under their windshield wipers and I want to know how y'all feel about the subject. I have been having a lot of fun making homemade dog treats, so my idea was to put flyers on windshields along with a small baggie of treats. The baggie would include a business card and a card with the list of ingredients in case someone's dog has allergies. I'm mostly just curious to see how people feel about the subject. If you want to answer these questions, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

while i hate windshield fliers, I do think treats would change my mind, especially if you advertised to people parked at a dog park. Definitely include the ingredients though; some of us have pups with sensitive stomachs ;)

I absolutely hate it to be honest. Maybe because I'm getting those little "we are interested in buying your car!" flyers stuck on my windshield every other day.
