Character Contest [3mil prize]

<sup>Hi guys, I've been wanting this character for a while now and can't get creative enough to design it. Please don't be offended at the character, it is based on Witches and the supernatural, I understand some people are religious and don't agree with such things - if that's the case then this contest isn't for you.
