A family of raccoons lives in a forest, peacefully. They haven't yet found trouble in the calm forest, yet.

Colour: Brownish Gray and Black

Personality: sweet caring, laid back, defensive over her four children, and quiet
Appearance: Base coat is Brownish Gray, with Black stripes. Black tail tip and ear tips as well.

Appearance: same as mother but with more of a black underbelly and rear

Colour: Grayish Brown, no black

Personality: shy, sweet, kind, platful, full of life, peaceful, but concious of danger around her
Appearance: grayish brown all around except for her black ear tips.

Personality: Bright, full of energy, enjoys playing with his children. 
Appearance: Gray, with white ears, black face, stripes down the back, and on his legs.

Colour: Very light gray, and white

Personality: Super outgoing, a bit wild, and enjoys running around on early mornings.
Appearance: Light gray with white ears, black face and black a tip of tail.

Personality: Calm, gentle, sensitive, and tends to keep to himself.
Appearance: Dark Gray, with white ears, black face, black on the tip of his tail, and black legs.

Rocky
Rocky stuck his head out of the large tree in the forests of Germany, which contained his family's home one morning.
"It's pouring hard out there." He said. "It may be to much, the berry bushes are a ways away from here." 
"But I think I may be able to work with it, the large canopy overhead will block most of the rain."


Rosa
"It's just a little rain!" "A little water won't hurt anybody!" Cried Rosa.

Twix
"I disagree Rosa." Twix said, tilting his head to get a better look at the pouring rain outside." 
"Rain is very wet, and soggy." "It can ruin a good time." He said. "And, it makes mornings that could be bright and sunny look all dark, and it looks like it's bedtime." Twix said, shuddering at the thought of rain. 

Jesolyn
Jesolynn sat down and looked at Rosa. "I agree with Twix, sweetie. Rain can be quite harsh. Not to mention the amount of time it takes to get dried off- you'll catch a cold!" She then turned to Rocky. "Do you think you'll be alright? I don't want you to get sick either." 

Twix
Twix smirked at Rosa at their mothers agreement with him.

Rosa
Rosa rolled her eyes at Twix, then looked at her mother. "I guess dad could get sick, but dad is tough!" "Just like me!" 

Rocky
"Rosa, Twix, no fighting." He said. 
"And Rosa, your mother is right."Rain is definitely something to worry about."
"Jesse, I believe it will be alright, even if it isn't we have to eat sometime!" "Don't you agree?"

Jesolynn
Jesolynn sighed. "Yes, I suppose we do. But don't go and catch anything. If you get it, you'll spread it across our entire family, and I'll be caring for a bunch of sick racoons!!" She trodded around mumbling to herself for a minute. "I'll go wake up Sernour and Chessa. You go and get the food. And don't catch anything!" she yelled back as she disappeared further into the tree.

Rocky
"Yes, I'll try me best." He glanced over at Twix and Rosa. "Be good for your mother well I'm gone, okay?"
And he climbed out of the tree carefully.

Twix
"Be careful daddy!" He cried.

Rosa
"Oh Twix. Dad is gonna be fine! It's just water!"

Jesolynn
Jesolynn woke up Sernour and Chessa, both of which were very unhappy about awaking. They tumbled out of their sleeping spots and waddled into the front of the tree. "Where did daddy go?" Chessa asked looking around. 
"He went to find some food, dear." 
Just then a crack of lightining light up the dark, rainy sky. Chessa screatched and started crying, putting her paws lver her ears.

Rocky
Rocky tumbled through the crashing rain, hurrying along quickly. 
He froze when a large bolt of lightning hit a nearby tree, shaking the ground. He saw another one, heading quite near him. He ran, not wanting to get hit. While running, he scraped his leg on a thorn of a bush. Blood flew from the cut, sending a surge of pain threw him. He collapsed on the ground, in a pile of blood. Several minutes later, he rose again. The blood had stopped from is wound, but not the pain. He wanted to stay in place, but he knew he had to continue on. So he headed on the the bushes.

Jesolynn
Jesolynn hobbled around trying to find at least something to fill her childrens stomachs with. But unsuccessful. If they wanted to be fed they would have to wait for their father.

Rocky
Rocky collected as many berries as he could carry, and rushed home, trying not to slip on the slippery rocks. His cut still was hurting painfully, but he was no longer streaming blood all over. He scampered over to the tree of his home, climbing up as quickly as possible, with out getting injured.
